The result is a liquid coffee extract with a concentrated coffee flavor that is also extremely smooth with very low acidity. It can be used in much the same way that a vanilla extract is used. You can bake with it, mix cocktails with it, even craft low-caffeine versions of a warm or iced latte.
1) Add 5-10ml into freshly steamed milk for a warm, smooth low caffeine latte.
2) Add 5-10ml into cold milk over ice for a summer iced latte
3) Add 5-7 dashes along with your bitters for a coffee-enhanced twist on a cocktail
