Our decaffeinated coffee option should showcase all the best aspects and nuance of specialty coffee that you associate with Duality’s mission. First off, the decaffeination process had to be the Swiss Water method because it’s a chemical free process that retains not only the flavors of the coffee but the Organic certification. We roast to a medium/dark profile for optimum flavor and balance. This coffee is what we’re grinding to make for our after dinner latte or affogato. It’s velvety smooth especially within the first five days off roast.
