The decaffeination process in this latest batch is the same Swiss Water Process method because it’s a chemical free treatment that retains not only the flavors of the coffee but the organic certification.
We roast to a medium/dark profile for optimum flavor and balance. This example from the Aceh region of Sumatra shows off all the best characteristics of a typical high-quality Sumatran coffee, just in a late-night version.
